I moved to Asheville in 2000. It looked a bit different back then, but I guess, I did too! I had just finished my degree and was looking for a start to my career. And in 2004, I found it - at Moog Music, Inc. There were only 12 people in the company when I started, and we instantly became family.

Over the next 18 years, I helped scale the number of employees from 12 to over 120. I managed over half of the employees (65 total), running 10 production lines, and shipping hundreds of products a day. I also created the policies, processes and procedures that ensured growth and sustainability. While I managed production, Moog went from $5 Million per year in revenue to $25 Million in just under 7 years, with production increasing 20% year over year.

As my Moog family grew, so did my own. I got married in 2005 and welcomed two beautiful humans into the world over the next 8 years. I thoroughly enjoyed scaling a global brand, but I was also desperate to find the time for myself and my family.

And so, the idea for C.O.O. on the Go was formed!

As a Full-Time working mother of two, I understand the importance of TIME. And as a fellow entrepreneur, I know how overwhelming it can feel to run a business. That’s why I’m sharing my knowledge and expertise with other business owners who want to scale up, without getting bogged down in the day-to-day operations. It may sound boring, but creating and streamlining policies, processes and procedures is how to create a solid foundation for a scalable and successful enterprise. I’m here to help you with the necessary work, so you can focus on the exciting rewards - growth and success!
